Tips on Buying Cars: selling a used car, sample contracts, selling a used car

I am selling a used car and would like to have a record of our transaction(other than DMV documents). The buyer has agreed this is an "as is" sale with no warranties but I would like to have something in writing. Good idea??? if yes do you have any suggestions for how to word it or any sample contracts?

On the bill of sale simply write Vehicle sold as is no warranty's whatsoever and have buyer initial...
