Tips on Buying Cars: selling a car, 1997 ford taurus, ford taurus

I am planning on selling a 1997 Ford Taurus Sedan with 115,000 miles on it. The cars engine and transmision it good and their are no electrical or mechanical problems with the car. The only thing is their are a few dings on on the passenger side of the car. I checked the car on autotrader.com and the same car with the same amount of miles on it ranged from $4,000-$4,500. While the blue book price was $3,400.   How much you think I should sell the car for?

Depends how much you will take.....If Auto trader is 4-4500, i would ask 4295, like i said i do not know what you want to net, but you have  a little lee way, so if you would accept say $3995, you may be able to get that or maybe more...Does not matter what they ask on auto trader cause you can ask as much as you want, you need to know what people are getting...Let me know if any other questions.
