Tips on Buying Cars: when to buy, happy holidays, carmax

I want to buy a 2004 Corolla and was wondering is buying at the end of year the best buy or at the beginningof next year, or around May? What do you think would be a good offer for this car w/ manual seats and windows, standard cd player?

Personally if you want to save the most money, i would look to buy a 2004 USED Corolla.......You can find one for around $11000 with anywhere from 6-12000 miles on it...Shop carefully though. Where are you located? If there is a CarMax near you they have the best selection of used cars (10X more then traditional dealers..), you get a warranty, can request a carfax to make sure the car never had major damage,you probably will save $4-5000!
