Tips on Buying Cars: wheel covers, petroleum exchange, hub cap

I recently purchased a 2004 Hyundai 4-door Accent. My Owner's Manual states that my car has "13-inch Steel and Deluxe Wheel Covers with 13-inch All-Season Tires". My question is this: What is the difference between a hub cap and a "wheel cover"? Thank you. Al Brown

Hey Al, first off I think you left a word out " 13 inch steel WHEELS and Deluxe wheel covers" To answer the question part, there is absolutly no difference it is like saying Petroleum exchange technician or Gas pumper.
