Tips on Buying Cars: Vw used car, independent repair, vw dealer

I have bought the used car from desert vw and ever sence I have it I have a
problem with it every two or three weeks something comes up they already
fix the power steering onece now it's leaking again
My question is even I have the warranty how many times ihave to go back
before I got some real attention to got this thing fix that was a reason I
bought this car to not to have a problem

first off is i an extended warranty good at any vw dealer???? if it is try another dealership. also, if it is a warranty good at any licensed repair facility, then go to an independent repair faility. let me know and we can proceed from there
