Tips on Buying Cars: Returning a week old leased car, sun roof, different color

I leased a pathfinder that was not on the lot.  I was very specific that I wanted it to be exactly like the pathfinder I had just leased for 4 years but a different color.  That is not what I received and I am not happy. It is a lower end model and yes they tried to make it the same by adding a sun-roof and dvd player but so many other things are missing.  What are my options to return this vehicle?

Your options aren't much here, if you have taken delivery.  If you have not taken delivery, you don't have to take delivery, and you don't have to honor the purchase.  If you have taken delivery then you accepted the vehicle as you drove it off the lot.  All you can do is call the GM of dealership and explain the situation, and then torch them on the survey that you will get from Nissan in the next couple of weeks.  Other than that, you don't have much options.

I know this isn't what you want to hear.  Your option is if you haven't taken delivery, you can refuse to take delivery of the vehicle, and tell you you don't want it.  They have to by law back out the contract.
