QUESTION: Thanks for responding. So, if I actually purchased another vehicle, before the old vehicle was returned, it still wouldn't matter?

Well, you could purchase another before you return it to the bank if your credit will withstand it. You will still have a repo on your credit. Is your goal just to get a lower payment? You probably have too much negative equity to trade it in on another. Did you lease or finance?
