Tips on Buying Cars: Vehicle Database, vehicle database, interior dimensions

Hello,   I'm starting a reference website for consumers of automobiles (think autos.yahoo.com but different) and was wondering if there is a service/company that provides access to a database with all specifications for vehicles.   Do you know of any?  Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

The best source I've ever found is Edmunds.com.  You have to search a bit, but they list just about every spec (length, wheelbase, interior dimensions) one might need.
