Answer
Hi Raghav

buying a car in your price range is buyers beware big time, $ 4000. is still a lot of money if you end up with a lemon.

Year - miles - make or model takes a back seat CONDITION becomes the only factor finding a vehicle that will outlast your investment," example " a Corolla with 180K can be in better condition than same with only 100K. here is what I suggest.

go to this link on my website   http://www.usedcartips.org/TESTDRI.html   you will not become an expert over night but you will pick up a few pointers and lesson the fear ending up with a lemon.

study the site and should you have further questions please feel free to ask, good luck

PS... A corolla with high miles dont scare me, I have seen many with over 250K and still going strong
