Tires: tires, converson, carrying capacity

i was wondering if you could tell me the converson, for a tire that is 950 x 16.5

There is no conversion:

But in case you are wondering about staying with 16.5" rims, a 9.50R16.5LT is a heavy duty tire and the Flotation type sizes (for example, 31X9.50R16.5LT), are just not available with enough load carrying capacity that fit within the envelope.  Your best course of action is to either find 9.50R16.5LT's or convert to 16" as indicated in my web site.
