Tires: Truck tires, gas mileage, truck tires

I have a 1997 F150. It is a 4.6 v8 engine with an automatic transmission. Right now I have P255 70 R16 tires on it. Will I get better gas mileage if I put P265 75 R16 on it.

There will be more difference between tires, than the difference between different sizes.  So carful selection of a tire becomes the most important issue.  Directionally larger tires give better fuel economy, but the effect is small and almost not worth mentioning.
