Tires: snow chains on tires, snow chains, f 350

I have an f-350 turbo diesel dually, I have a 9" lift kit on it, with 37x13.5x22 tires and rims. 1st question is would i need to by six chains for each tire or just four? 2nd question is, where would I be able to find chains for those tires, since it's such a custom set up? Or do you think I even need chains on my tires with having 6 wheel drive?

I am of the opinion that if one needs chains, then either they shouldn't go out, or they need a better vehicle - with the possible exception that there are emergency vehicles where off road and snow capability becomes a matter of life or death.
