Does it make sense that my tires I purchased in 2009 from Toyota Dealer are choppy and vibrate my car? When I was having work done on my catalytic converter, the Service Manager suggested I have them balanced again. He said that maybe I hit a pothole that misaligned the tires and wore the rear tires out on the outside of the tires. What do you recommend I do? The car vibrates when I increase my speed to 65mph. Appreciatively,

If I am reading this right, you have both rear tires with more wear on the outside shoulder and they are vibrating.

It sounds like you have a misalignment problem, possibly aggravated by lack of tire rotation.

First, I'd recommend you get an alignment, and then replace the tires.
