Tires: trailer tire pressure, 4x8 utility trailer, range c

On a 4x8 utility trailer I have a load range C tire -max.pressure 50 lbs. and a load range D tire- max pressure 65 lbs. Should both tires be at the same pressure? What should that pressure be? Most of the use is in the city hauling light loads.

On each tire should also be a max load.  If you use the load on the Load Range C tire, does the max load make sense in view of the tire carrying both the weight of the trailer and the load you put in it?  If so, use 50 psi.  If not replace the Load Range C with a Load Range D and use 65 psi.
