Tires: michelin harmony tires, new harmony, driving on ice

Question
Here is a question.  Purchased 4 new harmony tires for my camry in May, 2010. Thats when the fun started.  I feel like I AM DRIVING ON ICE, have had the tires balanced, aligned twice,  brakes adjusted, tire pressure increased, decreased, checked more times than I can mention, but I cannot get a decent ride from these tires. I feel like after a certain amount of time or after a certain degree of temperature outside, I can forget about driving my car. I have been driving this car for 10 years had goodyear assurance prior to these tires without issue, but it doesnt seem like I can get adjusted to these tires. have only 200 miles on them. Is this a common complaint PLEASE HELP

Answer
Lorraine,

Is the feeling like you are driving on ice present all the time or just under certain conditions?  Is it present only on certain highways?

What does it actually feel like - besides like driving on ice?

Did you have an alignment performed?

The answer to these questions will start to sort out what might be going on.
