Tires: tire size, trailer tires, camping trailer

Question
I have a camping trailer (33') with 7.75/14ST tires and I need to replace two, and I can't find any with them set of numbers. What is the conversion, 195, 205, 215 ?75-14 I need to put one tire on each side to match the old one.

Answer
Keith,

If I am reading this right, your trailer has 4 tires and you want to replace 2 - one of each side.

You should replace tires in pairs ON THE SAME SIDE.  Unlike a car where the axle becomes important, trailer tires are mounted close together and act very closely as a single unit.  So you want the tire as closely as possible on a given side.

Remembering that you have ST (Special Trailer) tires, but a 7.75-14ST is really close to an ST205/75R14.  You need to match the Load Range of the current tire.
