Tires: storage the installed tires, rolled roofing, best regard

Hi.I would like to know,if a car has been stored in roofed parking for two years without any movement,are its tires safe?Can we trust them from safety point of view?
Which kind of inspection should be done,assuring their quality for driving?

Tires tend to flat spot over time - and the hotter they get, the more likely it is that they'll flat spot.  Rolled roofing comes in a variety of colors, but underneath it is basically black, so it is going to absorb a lot of heat.

Personally, I think the tires are overcooked.  You can be sure of it, if there is a lot of cracking in the tread and sidewall.  These may look pretty small, but they are an indication of the state of the rubber.  The problem is that it sometimes takes some rolling to get the tires to show the cracks, so even tires without cracks are suspect until they have some distance on them.
