Tires: Load Boss Tires on our 2006 RV, dot code, barry smith

Who makes this tire and who do we contact with our concerns and desire for customer satisfaction. We had 2 blowouts our of 4 trips with the 3rd tire now separating, we just barely made it home from Morro Bay to Visalia.  We want to contact tire company who makes this tire and get some satisfaction or make big noise about unsafe tires and reference the company who makes them.  Thank you.

 This question is better answered by Barry Smith as I believe he has the books that contain who builds it and where.  If he doesn't, most of the larger chain stores will...NOT WAL-MART.

 Keep in mind that the first question you will asked in reference to the tires is the production dates.  This can be found in the last four numbers of the DOT code located near the bead of the tire.
