Tires: tire pressure, goodyear wrangler silent armour, chevy silverado

I have an 02 chevy 1500 Z71. Original tire size is lt 245/75/r16.I have replaced them with Goodyear wrangler silent armour pro-grade lt 265/75/r16.The placard say's 50psi but the tire sidewall says 80 psi.Which tire pressure should I use.Thanks, Eric

My book say that if a Chevy Silverado has LT245/75R16's listed on the placard, the placard also says the pressures should be 50 front / 80 rear.  Please check the placard again to be sure this is right.  If it is:

Then an LT265/75R16 should be inflated to 43 front / 67 rear.
