Tires: Tire size change for snows?, calibration issues, tire failure

Question
My car takes summer size 215/60/16. The snow tires I want the store doesn't have that "exact" size. But, they have 205/60/16 or 225/65/16. Which is better if I cannot get the "exact " size?
I know the 65 is the height and the 225 is the width. But, I just don't know what affect(s) this will have if I go slightly higher or sightly narrower? Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated. I am not concerned about incorrect maileag calibration issues. I am concerned about any steering, handling or safety issues, thats if there any...
Thanks!

Answer
Grant,

Both tire sizes are bad, so I would either find order the proper size or find another tire store.

The 205/60R16 is smaller in load carrying capacity, and that increases the risk of an overloaded tire failure.

The 225/65R16 is 2 sizes larger and they might rub, and your speedometer will be off a significant amount.

Thinking further, any tire store that would put these two options in front of you isn't worthy of your business,
