Audio Systems: car audio, car stereo store, factory radio

I am in the market for new car speakers. I dont really know any thing about speakers, so any help is appreciated. I have a 1990 Ford probe  and I was wondering what you would say is the best brand of speakers to buy. Something 200 to 300 dollers if possible. Thanks for your help!

If you have the factory radio still installed then you should consider a set of less exspensive speakers. Your best bet is to stop by your local car stereo store or perhaps Circuit City or BestBuy.
