Tires: Bad tire?, douglas tires, bad tire

I rotated my Douglas tires, front to back and noticed a very bad uneven spot on the face/side of the tire.  Tire tread except in that spot was excellant.  Looks like something wrong with the tire?  Supplier blames this on bad struts.  One spot only - no "skipping" of tire.  What do you think.  thanks

"Face" is different than "Side".  I suspect you have a tread separatin, but it is a bit confusing given the odd way you expressed it.

Go back to WalMart and ask for an adjustment.  If they don;'t seem inclined to give you one, call Goodyear.
