Tires: bolt pattern, conical seat, bolt pattern

Are there any problems running a 114.3 bolt pattern on a car with a 1/15 bolt pattern. It bolts up fine but I don't know if it will cause problems.

Contrary to what you said, it didn't bolt up fine.  The conical seat is now off center, so all the forces are concentrated in a very small area and will distort the seating area on the rim.  This means the nuts will loosen unless overly tightened, and if overly tightened you will eventually break the studs.

So don't mix these 2 patterns.  Get rims that properly fit.
