Tires: Tire Locks, tire locks, 91 honda accord

I have a 91 Honda Accord and when i bought the car the tires had these locks on them that prevented me from taking the tires off with a tire iron. Can you tell me what the part is called that i need to take the locks off? Thank you.

Interestingly, what "unlocks" the "locks" is called a "key".

First you should search around the trunk to see if the key has been stored in with the spare tire.

If you don't find it there, then you ought to take to a reputable tire store and ask for their assistance.  They might offer it for free, but they might charge you for the time and effort.
