Tires: 245/50/18 saturn redline, stock tires, size tire

the 245/50/18 tires are stock on my 05 redline vue, these tires are very hard to find, can i look at a substitute size, but still maintain my v or higher rating, even though i don't drive over 110mph,also the stock tires are very,very expensive if you can even find them.

There are not a lot of options unless you are willing to go with a different size rim. You will not find that size tire in a less than V rated. Check out the following web site. You can enter different tire sizes and see how they compare.
