Tires: I have 3 91V tires - can I buy a 91H tire to go with?, emergency maneuver, speed capability

I have three 91V tires and need another today - hard to find.  Special order!  Can I buy a 91H tire as the fourth?  I hear the 91V rating is for speeds up to 146 and the 91H rated for speeds up to 130.  This car will never go over 90 mph.  Please advise.

The problem is not the speed capability of the tire, it's the handling characteristics, and these tires will be different enough that if you slam on the brakes or do an emergency maneuver, the vehicle is likely to go into a skid.

You could use the H rated tire for a temporary solution, but that's what it should be - temporary!
