Tires: 1987 Camaro IROC-Z, camaro iroc z, inch chrome wheels

Hi
What is the largest tire I can put on this car?
I have 16x8 rims.  I am also thinking about getting 17x8 aftermarket chrome rims.

Hey Ian!!

Your car brings back memories....I had one in high school! The best size to use on your IROC is a 245/50/16 or 245/45/17 in the 17inch category. You have alot of different choices in either size. If you do go with the 17 inch chrome wheels make sure they are new and of high quality because alot of the chrome wheels today are cheaply made and the chrome is flaking off the bead area causing air leakage from the bead and alot of headaches are the result.
