COULD I UP THE SIZE FROM 195/65/15 TO 205/65/15
ON THE STOCK COROLLA RIM?

According to my book a 2003 Toyota Corolla has 6" wide rims.  A P205/65R15 will fit on a 6" wide rim, however I can't tell you for certain if there is enough room in the fenderwell for the tire as there aren't any books published with that info.
