Tires: Compatible Radial Tire, three wheels, volvo s80

My stepdaughter drives a 1998 Volvo S80, equipped with Michelin Green X Radial XSE MXV4 P195/60R15 88H M+S tires. Recently while doing relief work in New Orleans, she punctured a tire. The only repair shop AAA could send her to said the tire could not be repaired. It sold her one Lemans HR P195/60R15 87H M+S, which is mounted on the driver's side rear wheel. She drove it all the way home to Richmond, Va., with no trouble, including through periods of heavy rain. The treads are somewhat similar. Is this tire compatible for continued use with the Michelins on the other three wheels?

Basically, these tires are about as far apart as you can get. Where you would see the incompatibility would be in emergency situations - just when you'd want the vehicle to behave predictably.

I'd recommend you buy a match for one of them.
