Tires: Inside Tire were, toyota 4runner, stock tires

I have a 1998 Toyota 4runner off road package. P265/70R 16 in. tires Bridgestone Dueler. The front tires where on the insides. I have had the alinement checked at two different places. The allinement is ok.

Do you have stock tires and rims on your car? Do you keep the proper air pressure in them? Some bigger tires require more air pressure. Check the sidewall and see what yours call for. Once the tires start wearing it's to late to help. Some tires just wear that way. It could be the centering of the steel belts. All tires pull one way or the other.  If both tires are pulling to the inside it will cause them to wear on the inside.
