Hi Barry: My question is this, can I install 205/60/16(snow tires) on a 16" X 6 1/2" rims. Thank You

The answer is yes, but the bigger and more important question is - Is a 205/60R16 large enough to carry the load your vehicle is capable of delivering?  To answer that question you need to look at the placard on your vehicle, which is usually located on a door post or in the glove box.  On it will be the original tire size and the proper inflation pressure for that size.  

If you'll respond back with the year make and model of your vehicle and what your placard says, I'll help you through the rest of the issue.

BTW this is very important, because overloaded tires can fail in catastrophic ways and people get hurt or killed as a result.
