QuestionMy engine diagnostic light came on last night after riding 200 miles. I had the starter replaced and I know the mechanic said one of my relays was bad.
I just want to know what is up.

I'm sorry but I don't have enough knowledge of the Harley Davidson trouble codes to confidently answer your question. I do have two suggestions.
First, I would try some online forums of owners of the same bike and post a detailed question about what is occurring and what work was done prior to the light activating.
Second, since it is a trouble code the H-D dealer would have the tools to diagnose the problem and hopefully resolve the issue.
I have heard there is a special process that must be followed after the battery has been disconnected. I do not know if your model is one of those but since you had recently had work performed that required the electric to be disconnected it may be the cause of the light.
