Answer
Height is a real issue for novices. For experts, not so much.

It's more a matter of feeling comfortable and stable. Most beginners feel most comfortable and stable when they can get both feet flat on the ground when stopped. But once you really get the hang of it (motorcycling) you may feel comfortable with only one foot on the ground, or even tippy-toe.

The measurement you need to compare is seat height and inseam. Look up the specs on your 110 and find out what the seat height is. What is your inseam (the length measurement of your pants)? Compare the two for an idea of how tall you need to be to feel comfortable on the 110. Then look up the 120 and find out what the seat height is. That should give you an idea of how tall you need to be.
