Answer
Lyvette - your question is very difficult to answer, because there are more factors involved than just your height and weight.  Most, if not all, motorcycles can be modified to fit you - by lowering the seat, changing the reach of the handlebars, etc.  So, I cannot recommend ONE bike as being the best one for you.

You should check out instruction through the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, where you will not only learn safety and road skills, but will also come under the guidance of experienced riders who can give you advice on the right type of motorcycle for you.  The website is here:  http://www.msf-usa.org/

There are too many different motorcycle models that are available right now, from all of the manufacturers.

The first step would be to get the right training, and then get your motorcycle license.  Then, begin the process of finding the right motorcycle for you.

Best of luck,
Christine
