Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: Which Motorcycle for me?, suzuki dr125, msf course

I want a dual-purpose bike to ride around college but I've never owned one before what bike would you recomend that comes in a decent price range?

Take the MSF course first, before you do anything. After that, find a place to practice away from traffic and pedestrians. It takes a good six to twelve months to get used to a new bike, and to get used to riding. A college offers lots of distraction that can cause you trouble as a new rider.

I recommend the Suzuki DR125 for a first bike, dual sport style.
