Answer
This depends on many things: you, the bike, the type of roads, the weather, and the time of year.

Endurance riders can ride 1000 miles a day.

I, personally, have gone up to 700 miles in a day on an 800cc bike.

A 100cc bike can probably cover up to 500 miles in a day if you're determined to ride that far, if you have good roads, good weather, and plenty of daylight (summer). But it depends on you, and your physical ability to ride that far. It can be exhausting.

If you're going to take a trip, plan on stopping to take a break, have a snack and drink water at least every 90 miles, and that's on good roads. If the roads are bumpy or hazardous you may need to stop every 45 miles or so.

It is very difficult to go more than 150 miles without stopping. You'll have to get fuel, anyway, so just plan on getting it more often, every 70-90 miles. Your breaks need to be at least 5-20 minutes, as you ride more miles in a day, your breaks should get longer.

Hope that helps.
