Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: Tuinning, portland oregon usa, honda model

Question
I have a bike Honda cd-70. I want to know about Tuinning e.g when I change Oil, filter, Tept clearance etc.How can I keep my bike upto the mark for good and safe drive. Thanks.

Answer
I'm not familiar with a Honda model called the CD-70, but it sounds like a small bike. Like any motorcycle, it will work best if you take good care of it. Change the oil and filter every 3000km, or more often if you are in a dusty area. Keep the tires up to the correct pressure so you get the best mileage possible. I would put in a new sparkplug at the same time you change the oil, and make sure the gap is correct (.032"). As for tappet clearance, I don't know since it is not listed int he USA product guides. Be sure to ask a mechanic before making any adjustments. If you keep the oil clean, the bike lubed and tire pressure at the correct level, it should last a very long time.
