Motorcycle Safety & Driveability: Tires, irc tire, kawasaki f7

I'm having trouble finding a new front tire for my vintage Kawasaki F7 restoration. Size of tire is 3.00x19. Have not been able to find this size. I have found an IRC tire with a size of 2.75x19. Will this tire fit?

I found the IRC, too, and I'm pretty sure it will fit just fine since 1/4" either way isn't much of a difference. If you want to go to a slightly larger tire, check out the Dunlop K70 which is a modern tire designed for bikes being restored (usually British) and sized at 3.25"x19"
