Used Cars: I borrowed money to buy truck from x-wifes son, small claims court, schedual

Question
I borrowed money from my x-wifes son to be paid back with interest.  a payment schedual was drafted and emailed by my x-wife and emailed to me and her son.  I'v made payments paying by check.  The truck was put into my x-wifes for their protection if I should stop paying.  Now my x-wife is mad at me because I stop the relationship.  She wants the truck back. What can she do?  What can I do?

If the title is in her name you are going to have a hard time getting it from her. My best advise is to gather all of your check receipts, a copy of the payment agreement and any other "proof" you may have. Take these items to the local police dept and explain the problem. A police officer may view this as a "domestic dispute" and try to help you. If that doesn't happen you may have to take her to a small claims court. You can win this. Whatever happens don't give up if you feel your right, If you do nothing it is legally her truck on paper  Good Luck Shane
