I brought a used vehicle and was told it was never in accident. I have know found out that it was in an accident prior to may purchasing the vehicle. What recourse do I have against the car dealer for not letting me know vehicle was in an accident. What can be done at this point? Please advise.

I like to help you but, your two line question leaves the door open for many unanswered questions, the only recourse is if you can prove misrepresentation on the dealers part.

Did you ever purchase a history report or were shown one by the dealer ?,,, did you buy vehicle AS IS ?,,, there are many questions that need answers, I firmly believe you were not told but such is the way some scum dealers conduct business.
