i,am in the military station in Iraq a few years ago i was sent to desert storm then around the world so when i return i tried to get in contact with the comp from who i brought the car when i went to the location they had move know i found out there a lien on the car from the dmv in NJ the comp was Franklin exception corp the vin is 4a3cs44uole143000 plate no jx421a

You can go to the (Google) NJ Dept of motor vehicles (NJDMV), They will send a letter to the co and if no response they can clear it or you can go to the state and find out who the License is thru and try and contact them. Beware this is a long process.Hope this helps, let me know.
