Used Cars: wrecked used car, 2008 infiniti g37, nissan dealership

we bought a 2008 Infiniti G37 coup on 12-26-2009 at a Nissan dealership.And the they told use it had one owner.I took it in to an Infiniti dealership to have some maintenance work and they told us he cold tell it had body work done to it.So when I did a check on it it was in an accident and had two owners.I was wondering do I have any recourse against the dealership for not telling us the true history of the car?
And we live in California.

I would say NO.  That is simply a "reputation" issue, and not much of a legal issue.
Now you could try and express your dissatisfaction with the dealer, and see if they try to make it right for you, but I see no legalities on their end that would "make" them do anything.
