Used Cars: Hot Humid Weather, nissan 200sx, humid weather

Hi Jay, looking to buy a used '97 Nissan 200SX SE-R.  I love the car because it's fast and reliable.  But I'm from the north and the car is by Dallas which has extreme heat and humidity in the summers.  What kind effect may that kind of weather have on a car over 10yrs?  Even though otherwise it has low miles and looks like it has been very well cared for.  Thx

Well those are fun, fast and reliable cars, good choice.  I am not far from Dallas, so I can speak well on this, and do not worry about hot and humid weather.  The only affect I have seen on vehicles is, coincedntally, from the North, or other areas that see a lot of snow, and have a lot of salt on the roads.  I deal with Texas cars all of the time, there is nothing that the weather around there will do to deteriate a vehicle.  Especially if one has probably been taken care of this well, to still look good, and have low miles.  I would have absolutely no worries in this vehicle, in regards to the weather.
