QuestionI bought a car from this man for $2,559. The first car I bought it started smoking from the dashboard the same day I bought it. He took that car and found me another car, this car had a few minor problems that he promised he would fix, but whenever the day came up for him to fix it, he never did. so 7 days went by and I drove the car like 3 times, and all of a sudden it wouldnt start. So he said he wouldnt tow the car but he will fix it. the car was bought as-is, but we had a verbal agreement and it was less than a week that I had the car. Is there a way that I could get my money back if we go to court??
