Used Cars: i think i got stuck with a lemon, verbal agreement, bill of sale

Question
I bought a car from this man for $2,559. The first car I bought it started smoking from the dashboard the same day I bought it.  He took that car and found me another car, this car had a few minor problems that he promised he would fix, but whenever the day came up for him to fix it, he never did. so 7 days went by and I drove the car like 3 times, and all of a sudden it wouldnt start. So he said he wouldnt tow the car but he will fix it. the car was bought as-is, but we had a verbal agreement and it was less than a week that I had the car. Is there a way that I could get my money back if we go to court??

Answer
Hi Racqueal

As for going to court, it will be ,,, he said ,,, she said, the final judgement will be " AS IS " written in the bill of sale , right ?   whatever problems the car will have from the moment you take delivery becomes your problems.

We all learn from our mistakes, and yes $2,559 of your hard earned buck don't sit well, you been dealing with a smoothie that talks for profit but don't perform.

If you would have taken just one hour to study my website, this would not have happened, the problem today is nobody got the time to do some homework prior to buying a car.    http://www.usedcartips.org/
