Used Cars: Bought a wreck car, triple damages, car question

QUESTION: I bought a car a year ago and i just found out it has been wreck.I bought it from a used car lot.I didn't thank about a carfax,but i ask him if it has been wreck he sayed no.Is there anythang i can do about it.

1)What kind of dealer? Note lot or Name brand dealer
2)Was there a witness with you
3)What state

QUESTION: CBS car lot Yes there was a witness and it was in North Carolina,but the other thing i found out its suppose to be a 25% damage for them to tell plus the car came from Virginia and there law is differt than North Carolina.

 The law pertains only to what state you bought the car in, it doesn't matter where they bought the car. You can call the BBB and ask them your state laws or go on to your state web sight for dept of transportation and call them, here in Tx if the dealer did that you can hire an attorney and sue for what we call triple damages, 3xvalue of what you paid. This could get into more than you want to spend.
 When buying a used car always have the car inspected by a second party, any reputable dealer will allow you to do that but they won't allow you to come back with a grocery list of things to fix.
