Used Cars: prices/quality, scion tc, vw passat

hi there im on the stage of buying a used/new car. Im looking at a car that is affordable and has most of it, I want a car that has performance, quality now my father owns a VW Passat 2.0Turbo, i love that car its pretty fast and handles well but i know there's probly better out there. few of my options are Mazda6 , Passat turbo 98, scion tC, or Volvo S60,BUT if you got better reference than those cars i listed would YOU show me a list of cars you recommend  that meet my requirements i would appreciate the list a prices

Your questions boil down to personal preference, all the vehicles mentioned are all different in handling, performance, and maintenance. My personal choice would probably be the Turbo Volvo as I do enjoy the way they drive and the reliability is unmatched! I would drive all the vehicles and see what one makes me excited to drive it.
