Used Cars: Acura 1.7 EL -2004, carfax, hard time

Hello Jay,

I want to buy the 2004 model, what is your 'expert opinion' about this car? I am having a hard time deciding between black and silver..even though I dont mind cleaning it more often...which would be better in terms of style for this specific car (i am 22 yrs old if that matters, and going towards the silver)? ALso, do you think it looks good with a spoiler? Thanks alot for your help.

Well the general opinion on color is that black looks the best, when it is cleaned, it is just a lot of work keeping them clean.  But that silver one looks good, and yes I am a fan of spoilers, I think they make anything look better.  And I am a HUGE fan of the Acuras, FANTASTIC cars, all the way around.  Best I can tell from NADA this is a TSX, if so you should be able to negotiate a bit on this, I feel like you should be able to get this car between $14,000 and $15,000.
Make sure and run a carfax on the car, and have it checked out, even though it looks really good.  Good luck and enjoy the car.
