Used Cars: purchased a used car!, car vin number, loss situation

Recently i purchased a used car, vin number were checked and had no problems.  After i brought the car, i found out that the car was in totaled loss situation before, and that guy brought it and fixed it.  Is there any way to get my money back?  The previous owner didn't tell me anything about the damage.  Is there anything i can do at this point.  I am from the toronto area.  Thanks for the help!

There is something you can do! Go straight to the registry and tell them what has happened, The seller Must disclose if the Vehicle was ever written off! They will guide you from there as all provinces have different authorities to handle such situations.
