QUESTION: I bought a 04 Expedition a year ago. We recently had some pretty good rain. I was cleaning the trucks wheel wells and noticed imperfection on the undercarriage. I also noticed imperfections on the inside rear right window covering assembly. I asked a Shell mechanic for his advise. He thinks it was wrecked also. I was jipped!!! What can i do to get my money back?

In the U.S you would have to go to the registration office (where you register your car) with a copy of the bill of sale and show them that they did not state the car was written off, they will then guide you on who to go to (ie: shop or special officer) so they can look at your truck and investigate!
