Trucking: CNG dispenser machine.

Is the input gas source to the CNG dispenser machine is a underground cng gas pipeline Or from Truck filled with CNG gas Or it can Accept both gas sources at the fuel stations?.

Sorry, I can't speak to the infrastructure in India, but in the U.S. the CNG is typically delivered to the dispenser by underground pipeline.  It is possible to deliver CNG by tank truck but generally not cost effective.  It can however be an option if the truck runs out of gas on the road and could be cheaper than towing to a distant station.
